The Cave

Just when you think that summer can’t bring any more bad movies, along comes the horror thriller The Cave. (Maybe I should call it a horrible thriller). When scientists discover an underground cave in Romania they ask several professional cave divers to investigate the ecosystem. Cole Hauser and Morris Chestnut play the two lead cave divers who become trapped with their team in the cave after a rock slide with some type of large creatures. This film has no redeeming qualities. The acting is terrible, the editing is pathetic, the story is predictable and the creatures look so phony that every time one showed up everybody in the theater laughed. There were no guns in this movie to shoot the monsters but I needed one to put me out of my misery. This is the worst film I have seen, heard or anything else in a while and I’m giving it an F rating.

This movie has been given a PG-13 rating by the MPAA

Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
