Horrible Bosses 2

If you want to see a really funny film check out the comedy, Horrible Bosses 2. It’s been a year since Nick Hendricks (Jason Bateman), Dale Arbus (Jason Sudeikis) and Kurt Buckman (Charlie Day) quit their jobs because of their horrible bosses and now they’ve decided to become bosses of their own company. They invent the “Shower Buddy” but with no money they need someone to sponsor them so they can start production. A slime bag investor named Bert Hanson (Christoph Waltz) is enthusiastic about financing them, but basically steals the patent for their invention. They’ll go to any means to regain control of their company, so they plan to kidnap Bert’s son, Rex Hanson (Chris Pine) and that’s when everything goes hilariously wrong. This comedy comes together perfectly with funny one-liners, popular music, and colorful characters. Refreshingly, it doesn’t just re-hash the original movie; in fact, they added a few new characters and a different plot. The great news is Jamie Foxx, Kevin Spacey, and Jennifer Aniston reprise their roles from the first film. Just be prepared for toilet humor, raunchy site gags, and filthy language. (So no – don’t take your grandmother.) This isn’t necessarily a fantastic movie, but I’m always looking (No pun intended) for anything that will make me laugh and this is probably one of the better comedies I’ve seen lately – but that isn’t saying much. This film is just as good as the original and I’m giving it a B rating.
