Wild Hogs

If you consider yourself a member of the middle age movie audience the ideal popcorn flick for you may be the comedy Wild Hogs. Tim Allen, John Travolta, William H. Macy and Martin Lawrence play 4 middle-aged suburban motorcycle riders who decide to go on a cross country trip to escape their problems. Everything is going fine (except running into birds, surfboards and hay bales) until they run into a real motorcycle gang called the Del Fuegos then their problems really begin. This is a shallow comedy full of stereotypes and cliché characters but who cares. It has a nice classic soundtrack, physical comedy and some very funny sight gags. This is just pure entertainment with no hidden meanings. Well unless there is a subliminal message about all 4 guys skinny dipping in a lake. (I could say something about the fish in the lake or if it’s called skinny dipping why don’t most skinny people do it instead of well I won’t go there.) I’m giving this very funny film a B- rating.

Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
