The Santa Clause 3: The Escape Clause

Some of the holiday magic is back in the third Santa Clause Christmas film in The Santa Clause 3, The Escape Clause. Tim Allen is back as Santa Clause and he brings his whole family to the North Pole and tells them it’s Canada. Meanwhile, Jack Frost played by Martin Short tries to trick Santa and take over his holiday. This third installment isn’t as funny or heartwarming as the first two. It has a recycled theme and it’s even a little boring until the story materializes half way through the movie. Even though it sounds like I’m bah-humbugging this Christmas flick I was still entertained. It’s still a feel good, squeaky clean movie that will help you slide into the Christmas spirit. I hope I said enough positive comments so Santa will not forget my X-ray glasses this year. (Maybe I should just ask for eyes that work.) I’m giving this piece of fun holiday fluff a C+ rating.

Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
