If you’re a Jennifer Aniston fans I’m sure you are already looking forward to seeing the latest romantic-comedy The Break-Up. A tour director played by Vince Vaughn and his girl friend played by Jennifer Aniston seemingly live happily in a plush condo until after a dinner party one evening her when she asks him to wash the dishes. This begins a feud causing them to break-up and she begins to date other men while he lives in the living room watching sports and playing video games. (I don’t know why he would be watching television instead of staring at Aniston?) Aniston and Vaughn had good chemistry together and even the rest of the cast were fun to watch. Unfortunately, the script had a lot to be desired because after endless arguments I became uncomfortable, frustrated and even a little irritated. If I want to hear fighting I will just wonder into the neighbor’s yard and listen to some good fights. (I have and excuse for getting lost in peoples yards since I’m blind.) This film is so-so and I’m giving it a C rating.
This movie has been given a PG-13 rating by the MPAA
Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
