Basic Instinct 2
It’s been 14 years since Sharon Stone made her appearance (no pun intended) in the role that made her famous and she is back again in Basic Instinct 2. David Morrissey plays a London criminal psychiatrist who is to perform a psychological evaluation on a crime novelist played by Sharon Stone when a sports star dies in her presence. Soon other people begin dying around them while he is being seduced by her. The plot, directing, and editing were awful but the stupid, idiotic ending was what I couldn’t tolerate. Now for Sharon Stone. Her dialogue was raunchy and I had to laugh when she tried to sound sexy. Somebody said she looked like she had plastic surgery on her face but with so much nudity who was looking at her face. (Of course I wasn’t) Usually when a movie is this bad I say blindness is a blessing but somehow I think the visuals were the good parts. Basic Instinct 2 basically is terrible and I give it a D- rating.
This movie has been given a R rating by the MPAA
Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
