Herbie: Fully Loaded
The Lovable Herbie is back after thirty years in the family comedy Herbie Fully Loaded. Herbie is a Volkswagen with a mind of his own now sitting in a junk yard when a pretty girl played by Lindsay Lohan who is a member of a stock car racing family buys him. Her father played by Michael Keaton tells her she isn’t allowed to race Herbie but when she makes a bad bet with an egotistical NASCAR driver played by Matt Dillon Herbie hit’s the track once again. This film is funny, sentimental, entertaining with a fantastic sound track. It does have holes big enough in the plot even Herbie could drive through but the writing is good enough so that it doesn’t insult our intelligence. This is the best family film out so far this year and I’m giving it a B rating.
This movie has been given a G rating by the MPAA
Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
