If you like action and the names of villains like Typhoid, stone and tattoo you should enjoy another comic book character film simply named Electra. Jennifer Garner is a high powered assassin with special mystic powers working for an organization called “The Hand”. When Electra is sent to kill a 13 year old girl and her father she turns on The Hand and begins killing the assassins sent after her and her new friends. This film has plenty of action and also a little romance and drama. The dialogue isn’t to corny but the story is so confusing I’m still not sure what it’s about and why it takes a super hero to kill a harmless man and young girl. I’m sure it’s just an excuse to have our hero run around in a tight red outfit. Garner’s performance was okay but the acting ability of the villains was more on the par of Curly, Larry and Moe. This isn’t the worst super hero movie but not far from it and I’m giving it a D+ rating.

This movie has been given a PG-13 rating by the MPAA

Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
