Aliens with multiple heads, talking worms, and plants who look and act like humans are back with our heroes in the science-fiction comedy, Men In Black II. Agent “J” (Will Smith) is a secret agent who monitors and protects the identities of the aliens residing on Earth. Agent “K” (Tommy Lee Jones) retired from the Men In Black and is a postal worker who had his memory erased after his last mission. Agent J stays busy running around the city conspiring with the good aliens in order to keep the bad aliens from hurting the humans. (Question: With the aliens creating so much havoc, why doesn’t anyone figure out that there are aliens on Earth? Oh well – that’s just a blind man’s perspective.) Anyway, when Agent J finds out that an alien named Serleena (Lara Flynn Boyle) is planning to destroy Earth, he goes to the post office, restores Agent K’s memory and enlists his help. The Men In Black don their guns once again and annihilate the evil aliens. This film is as short as my review, but not as well written. The plot is simple yet entertaining. The aliens? Well, Frank the dog is great, but the worms are almost as annoying as Jar Jar Binks. Notice I said almost. I fell just short of stuffing popcorn in my ears so I didn’t have to see or hear them. This film is about as good as the first Men In Black movie and I give it a C rating.

This movie has been given a PG-13 rating by the MPAA
