For an interesting change of pace, go see Godzilla. I expected the sound track to be voice-dubbed from Japanese, but I was pleasantly surprised. In this movie, Matthew Brodrick is a Biologist who most people call the “Worm Guy” – I’m not going to touch that – who is recruited by the military to study the effects of radioactivity on something very big – yes, Godzilla! Godzilla swims through the Atlantic Ocean sinking ships and arrives in New York. Once there, he walks through the city terrorizing the people until he decides to tunnel underground into the subways – and you thought New York subways were bad before. Once under the city, he deposits a few surprises for the Worm Guy and his friends to contend with. This was a fun movie with a lot of action, a lot of loud music, a lot of loud screaming and plenty of loud battle noises. In fact, when I left the theater, I was not only blind I was deaf too. I still liked this movie and gave it a B rating.

This movie has been given a PG-13 rating by the MPAA
