She's out of My League

An average guy who rates maybe a 5 begins dating a girl who is a strong 10 in the romantic, comedy She’s out of My League. Jay Baruchel plays a security man at an airport when a beautiful woman who is an event planner played by Alice Eve looses her cell phone and he is lucky enough to be the guy to return it to her. They begin dating but because his friends and family tell him that she is so much better looking then him he begins loosing confidence in himself and causing their relationship to suffer. Once the film starts you know exactly where it is going to go and how it’s going to arrive at the conclusion. We have seen some of these jokes before but for some reason everything work. Yes it’s hilarious with plenty of really funny one-liners and nice chemistry between the two leads. It also has a great supporting cast and I’m predicting this will be one of those sleeper hits. The other good news is all of the guys who are 5’s who see this will maybe feel confident they can go out with a 10. My wife told me this will not apply to me because I’m a 9 but I heard her tell somebody else it’s a good thing he can’t see himself in the mirror. (I’m sure she was trying to say I’m a 10 also) I haven’t seen a comedy this good since The Hangover and I’m giving it a B rating.

Although I am blind, I can appreciate a good movie as well as sighted individuals.
I rely more on a good story line than special effects.
